UWS Coop Cost Comparison

Explanation

This chart indicates how your building’s operating costs compares to other upper west side coops. It shows the percentage of coops whose costs are lower (the “percentile”). For example, if mortgage bar reads 75 percent, then 3/4 of coops have mortgages that are smaller. Costs are measured on a per-room-per-year basis.
